Mondays:  Silver Sneakers Class - Located at Lower Business Park Rd., Linn Creek, MO.  Designed to addressed the needs of older adults, this class uses a chair as a support for many of the positions.  Also suitable for younger people who might be recovering from injury or illness.

Cost: $10.00 per session or $8.00 on a savings pass 

Tuesday Mornings: La Roca Dance Studio (980 Airport Road, Osage Beach, MO)   8:30 a.m.

Wednesday Nights: Available by appointment for private yoga sessions.

 I am available for private sessions at my studio in Linn Creek.  Please call or email to discuss your needs and requests. Common requests include pregnancy, individuals new to yoga or just beginning an exercise program, or students unsure about how to adapt their practice to their body's limitations.

Wish to hold a special event? Options include corporate or family retreats, ladies' spa day, birthdays, or any idea my clients have for hosting a group class at my venue or theirs.
